4. Fish Pepper Soup. 

Fish peppers soup contains omega-three fatty acids which are not only beneficial to your liver (because they help expel fat deposits on the liver) but are also useful in improving your immune system.

It is advisable to replace the amount of junk foods that you consume with fish pepper soup.
